The gastronomic direction of Vertical is in charge of Javier and Jorge de Andrés, the latter being the Chef who directs Vertical. In his charge there is a room and kitchen team with a lot of experience trained in different controls of the restoration and food.
This multidisciplinary team is the one that makes vertical improve day by day, always working for each diner who comes to enjoy with us.

From the large windows of the Vertical restaurant we can enjoy one of the best views of the city of Valencia.
His chef, Jorge de Andrés, offers us a market cuisine, with a permanent review of the Valencian cookbook. This commitment to renewed tradition is expressed through a tasting menu that is updated depending on the product and the season. A gastronomic proposal that has been worthy of 1 Michelin star in 2008 and two Suns of the Repsol guide in 2012.
It is a must to visit its Sky Bar, located on the roof of the restaurant itself, where you can enjoy the spectacular 360º views of Valencia and thus culminate an unforgettable experience any time of the year.
